I wanted to send you a thank-you letter after using both your Pet Carrier Inserts and your Airline Travel Kits.

On November 2, 2005, I had to ship my mother’s cats from Los Angeles, CA to Baltimore, MD. For several days we were both nervous wrecks worrying about her two cats. The night of the flight, I prepared their carriers with you travel kits and inserts. The directions were easy to follow and did not leave anything out. The inserts were comfortable and fit perfectly. The extra bolts for the carriers were a life saver (possibly literally!), the food and water holders were a perfect fit and maybe most importantly- the instruction sticker for the back of the carriers were not only excellently designed, they really helped calm some of my worries for the trip.

Even the 3 employees of American Airlines who handled our cats were very impressed. I gave them your information as well.

Just wanted to thank you for your incredible product!

I recently experienced the horror of having my whole male cat relieve himself in his carrier on take-off for a long flight WITHOUT a Dry Fur pad--his entire underbelly was soaked, and I don’t have to tell you about the smell, I’m sure.  Crouching in the aisle, trying to get the urine-soaked carrier pad into a plastic garbage bag, cleaning my cat with those little wet-wipe squares given to us by the flight attendants--it was a scene I was not anxious to repeat, but wasn’t sure how to avoid it.

Dry Fur was being sold at the next cat show we attended, and a friend recommended I try it.  I could not have been more impressed with the performance of the Dry Fur pad!  On our next flight it happened again, but it wasn’t until we de-planed that I even knew my cat had urinated!  He was dry, the carrier was dry, and the smell--yes whole male cat urine smell-- was COMPLETELY neutralized within the pad.  I only knew what had happened because of a circular spot visible on the pad that indicated the wetness trapped inside.  I slid the soiled pad out (I had double-padded, so there was a fresh pad underneath), dropped the soiled pad in the nearest trash can, and we went on to our connecting flight.

Your product is a godsend for anyone who travels with their beloved pet… thanks a million!

Thanks for quick shipment and your product, your product was
very helpful in the shipment of our cats from Los Angeles to
London. 19 hours between flight and customs in the UK and the
cages were still dry as could be after we picked them up.
