Subject: My long overdue testimonial….. 🙂
Hi,
First of all, let me start by saying that I have been using the dryfur pads exclusively for about five years since I have been shipping my Traditional Siamese kittens/cats via the airlines. I even use them myself for my cats. After a flight when I have shipped a kitten, I ask my clients if their pets arrived dry, and clean, and unharmed/safe…and the answer is always “YES”!!! This is why I keep using the dryfur pads, because they really work! I know of other people that use towels or newspaper to ship their cats/puppies around…and I’ve seen firsthand the mess this causes on the animals coat and feet (wetness/soiling). Remember, that your pets will be traveling for several hours in a carrier that they cannot get out of, so do them a favor and supply them with Dryfur pads so that they arrive, clean, comfortable, and happy! I have a child in diapers, and the pads always remind me of the absorbency and durability of diapers. The design, and look of the pads is also attractive, and the feel is super soft. I am really impressed by these pads, and will continue to use them as long as they still exist.

Subject: Recent move.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting together such a great set of products!! We purchased the whole travel kit for our recent move to Japan. At SeaTac airport in Seattle, the airline personnel were very impressed with the hardware that we got in the kit to hold the kennel together during the flight. Also, while we were in line to check in, another lady in the line told us how after a long flight like this, her dog would never go into his kennel again. I am happy to say that our little friend still loves his kennel and uses for all his naps still. Thank you for your help in keeping his trip safe and comfortable enough that he still loves his kennel! He even still had water in his dish when we landed 11 hours later (I had thought it would all spill out).

Dear Lisa,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you so much for getting me my Dry Furs so fast!! I live over in Germany, and I am getting ready to fly my dogs home to the U.S., and I was so worried that when I ordered them last Wednesday, that they might not be here in time for our flight in three weeks. You really took one of my worries about our trip, off of my mind!! Sometimes we wait weeks or even over a month for stuff to get here.
Yesterday, my husband brought the mail home, and there they were, along with the wonderful Airline kits too!! We were both so excited to see them and the kits, and how nice they are.
I had to order 2 large kits, both of my crates are bigger than the recommended sizes, but we are going to put 2 of them side by side, or long ways, (we haven’t decided yet), but we wanted them so bad for our “kids”, that I will make it work!!
We also think that it is wonderful that you upgrade shipping to APO/FPO’s for free, most places won’t ship to us at all!!! We will tell all of our friends over here, that are leaving about your products too!!

Subject: feedback on Product Purchased from Site
I wanted to tell you the Dryfur worked great Rose Lynn loved it and seemed comfortable and lied down while in her carrier, a first. She normally stands and cries the entire trip.
Also I used the 2nd pad under my litter box at home since she tends to sometimes miss the edge of the box. It works great and I was able to leave it there 2 weeks with no smell. and it is so nice to finally be able to pick the litter box up for dumping and not have a puddle under it. Very COOL. I will continue to use them for that and when I travel again I till make sure and pack a few for the hotel and the plane ride.

The DryFurrs are GREAT ! We’ve been using them for about a month now and I can’t say enough about how great they are. And if your clients fly their kitten or travel ANY DISTANCE they deserve this and there is nothing better ! You could probably add-on the price of a DryFur to your kitten’s adoption fee, but we just include it as another way we know what is best for their baby.
They work Great ! The exterior fabric both looks great and is permeable and definitely claw-proof ! And Duct or Packaging Tape will adhere to the type of fabric (to secure it within the carrier) they use which is a whole lot better than the other types. The interior core is super absorbent like the interior of a pamper – but the whole thing is sooooo much better than a Pee-Pad or anything else you can come up with.
The “wings” flex and adapt to different carriers shapes and there is one size that will work for all your needs. The small one (that’s our favorite) will work for all 50 & 100 size carriers as well as the under-seat air-craft type.
Don’t take this as an advertisement for the product, just a great testimonial from a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER !

On November 2, 2005, I had to ship my mother’s cats from Los Angeles, CA to Baltimore, MD. For several days we were both nervous wrecks worrying about her two cats. The night of the flight, I prepared their carriers with you travel kits and inserts. The directions were easy to follow and did not leave anything out. The inserts were comfortable and fit perfectly. The extra bolts for the carriers were a life saver (possibly literally!), the food and water holders were a perfect fit and maybe most importantly- the instruction sticker for the back of the carriers were not only excellently designed, they really helped calm some of my worries for the trip.

Subject: I LOVE Dry Fur!
Just wanted to thank you for your incredible product!
I recently experienced the horror of having my whole male cat relieve himself in his carrier on take-off for a long flight WITHOUT a Dry Fur pad–his entire underbelly was soaked, and I don’t have to tell you about the smell, I’m sure. Crouching in the aisle, trying to get the urine-soaked carrier pad into a plastic garbage bag, cleaning my cat with those little wet-wipe squares given to us by the flight attendants–it was a scene I was not anxious to repeat, but wasn’t sure how to avoid it.
Dry Fur was being sold at the next cat show we attended, and a friend recommended I try it. I could not have been more impressed with the performance of the Dry Fur pad! On our next flight it happened again, but it wasn’t until we de-planed that I even knew my cat had urinated! He was dry, the carrier was dry, and the smell–yes whole male cat urine smell– was COMPLETELY neutralized within the pad. I only knew what had happened because of a circular spot visible on the pad that indicated the wetness trapped inside. I slid the soiled pad out (I had double-padded, so there was a fresh pad underneath), dropped the soiled pad in the nearest trash can, and we went on to our connecting flight.
Your product is a godsend for anyone who travels with their beloved pet… thanks a million!
