Lisa, only 2 days after placing my order, it has arrived! Since our move is apparently going to be next week (waiting on the Air Force for an official date), I had initially been concerned that the pet crate labels might not arrive in time. Great Site! the best site i found with information on carrier requirements, “how to’s”, and all the products i need for my pets for traveling. my husband and i are going to japan for order come april and i have been running around with my head cut off trying to figure out what supplies i need and if my carriers were ok for traveling/ how to modify them. i will be a repeat customer!
