I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting together such a great set of products!! We purchased the whole travel kit for our recent move to Japan. At SeaTac airport in Seattle, the airline personnel were very impressed with the hardware that we got in the kit to hold the kennel together during the flight. Also, while we were in line to check in, another lady in the line told us how after a long flight like this, her dog would never go into his kennel again. I am happy to say that our little friend still loves his kennel and uses for all his naps still. Thank you for your help in keeping his trip safe and comfortable enough that he still loves his kennel! He even still had water in his dish when we landed 11 hours later (I had thought it would all spill out).
